Reservation Deposit Refunds

All reservation deposits placed on Bank Seized Cars USA are fully refundable. If you choose not to proceed with a vehicle purchase after inspection or delivery review, your deposit will be returned in full within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a deposit refund, contact us at bankseizedcarsusa1@gmail.com with your reservation details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

Non-Refundable Situations

Deposits are non-refundable only if the buyer has completed final payment and taken delivery of the vehicle.

Final Payments

Final vehicle payments are non-refundable once the vehicle has been delivered and accepted by the buyer.
