Vehicle Listings

All vehicles listed on our site are sourced from verified bank repossession auctions. Prices, availability, and vehicle details are subject to change without notice. Vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

Reservation Deposits

A refundable deposit of 30% of the listed down payment is required to reserve a vehicle. This deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed after inspection or delivery review.

Payment

Final payment is due upon vehicle delivery or inspection confirmation. We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods discussed during the reservation process.

Delivery

We arrange nationwide delivery across all 50 US states. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location and are confirmed during the reservation process.

Limitation of Liability

Bank Seized Cars USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle listed on our site.
